MICHAEL PAGE
Managing Partner 

Mr. Page Founded Alpine Investment Group in 2009 and is the firm’s Managing Partner.  Since founding the firm, Michael has been responsible for building the current team, leading to the successful execution of over $100 Million in investments.  Mr. Page leads the team in all aspects of portfolio management, financing, new investment sourcing and overseeing the evaluation, due-diligence and closing of acquisitions and dispositions. During his career, Mr. Page has been involved in numerous real estate transactions ranging from office buildings, shopping centers, land and residential properties.

Prior to Alpine, Mr. Page was a partner at Rokan Ventures (a real estate private equity firm) and a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting.   Mr. Page holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.

TONY ST. GEORGE
Partner

Mr. St. George joined the firm at inception to assist in managing the group’s property portfolio.   His role has expanded to include acquisition analysis and asset management.  He actively manages the firm’s investments to enhance performance by resolving operational issues, addressing leasing challenges, and optimizing capital investments.  Mr. St. George oversees the strategic planning, management, leasing, financial analysis, and operating and capital budgets of Alpine’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Alpine, Mr. St. George worked as a banking analyst.  His multi-faceted analytical background in credit and real estate reflect his fixation on details which is essential in due-diligence, execution, and monitoring transactions.  Tony received his Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Pacific, and holds an Idaho real estate license.

JOSHUA KANTOR
Partner

Mr. Kantor joined the Alpine team at inception, and currently serves as the Head of Facilities and Construction Management. During his tenure with Alpine, Josh has overseen construction improvements on multiple projects, built and monitored facilities budgets for the Alpine portfolio, and has been instrumental in new leasing and lease renewal negotiations.   He is responsible for the overall economic performance of the properties through diligent budgeting and ongoing oversight, including revenue growth, expense control, and management of maintenance and capital projects.  Mr. Kantor works with the team to execute property level strategies to enhance and protect asset value, meet investment objectives, and oversee key asset management issues.

A multiple Ironman finisher, Mr. Kantor also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

MONICA HANSON
Partner

Monica is Human Resources Director and Investor Relations Liaison, as well as Alpine’s Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist. Monica’s organizational expertise and her underlying understanding of the real estate industry make her a invaluable resource to the firm.

Monica Hanson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Idaho.

KRISTI BOWINS
Director of Property Services

Ms. Bowins joined the firm in 2015 as Director of Property Services. In this position, sheprovides hand-on management, ensures leasing continuity, and budget analysis for all of Alpine’s Boise assets. Kristi is the past President of Commercial Real Estate Women in Idaho, or C.R.E.W. Idaho, and has been honored as 1 of 72 Women Changing the World of Real Estate by I.R.E.M. as well as being a 2011 I.R.E.M. Woman of The Year Honoree.

Kristi has 20 years experience in property management and facilities management with firms including Colliers Boise, Keating Development Company, and Henderson, Springhouse.
